Order Cancellation Policy

If we have no stock left to replace your item, we will issue a refund within 3 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be processed to your original payment method, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

• Eligibility Period: Items can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Original Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital Products: Downloaded software, e-gift cards, and digital subscriptions are non-returnable.
• Opened Packages: Items like drones, or gaming accessories with broken seals cannot be returned unless defective.
• Customized Products: Gadgets or toys that have been personalized or custom-made to your specifications are not eligible for return.
• Clearance or Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale or clearance are not returnable.

Returning Goods

2. Prepare Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Shipping Label: Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Ship Item: Drop off the package at the designated shipping facility.

We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method, as we cannot process a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver.
